Tekesha + Babb (The Wedding)

I had the pleasure of shooting Tekesha and Babb’s wedding day two weekends ago. Thanks to Fola for assisting me. She contributed some lovely shots of the guys and church in the slideshow. The ceremony and event was beautiful. The reception was held at the lovely Westbury Manor. I had some tough lighting challenges due to daylight savings and early darkness.. .but T and B definitely rocked it out and produced some romantic shots in the darkness. OK can i just say TEKESHA IS ONE OF THE MOST STUNNING BRIDE EVER!!! OMG best you see yourselves. It is always so great too see two people totally in love and The Babb’s definitely are. Babb’s adores his woman

For The Love of Photography

Hey all, I am so sorry I have been incognito in the last couple of weeks… I promise to blog more in the near future and will be back swinging next week. So I am totally in awe of the works of Jesh De Rox. I look at him not just as a photographer but a true artist who takes an otherwise ordinary image and turns it into an artform that could affect people or ones outlook on life. I had the privilege of attending his experiental workshop and wow is all I have to say. The main take home thing that sticks out in my mind is with photography, one should always think of who the audience is, what you are trying to convey, how to convey it and then do it but in other to do all that you need to love what you do and love people. So here’s to loving you all. Below are just a few amazing images from Jesh that inspire me.
